Ampersand Tote Bag
A few years ago, I had shopped at a store that gave off-white cotton tote-bags instead of paper/plastic bags. I have been using those bags ever since, mostly with a scarf tied to one of the straps but I have always wanted to do more with them.
So, here’s what I’ve been thinking – why don’t I paint this gorgeous ampersand, which is offered as an alternate in the italic weight of Hoefler Text. What do you think?

My nephew here looked at it and shouts at it with pride, “EEEEEEEE”. He’s 4. That’s as much as he’s gonna speak for the day.
